The KDS (X) series of suspended ceiling jet type air handling unit is one of the new products developed and researched by our company based on our many years of production experiences and borrowing strong points from others,which can handle air like cool, dehumidify, heat, humidify and so on to meet the requirements of different conditions. 

It has many features like simple structure, fine performance, good designed parts and preferred arrangement. Can supply air to a long distance by the forced jet and the traditional air supply and return ducts are unnecessary. Particularly, the global nozzle which can adjust air supply direction makes it possible to cool and heat by one device and can supply air remotely by different flow regimes. In this case completely overcome the traditional shortcomings and failures. It can be used in large-sized air conditioning projects like theatre, industrial and mining enterprises gymnasium, exhibition workshop and so on.

Product Features

◆ Box. Box is made of high sealing profile frame and low heat shade panel made of color steel plate. The frame is aluminum alloy or ABS profile skeleton; The wall panel is polyurethane foam, thermal conductivity is less than 0.022 W /m· C, high density polystyrene or glass wool siding can also be used. 

◆ Fan: adopt low noise and high efficiency external rotor or belt driven centrifugal fan, the fan by precision dynamic balance correction, to ensure the smooth operation of the unit, with the characteristics of low noise and high total pressure. 

◆ Heat exchanger: The main body of the heat exchanger is made of high-quality seamless copper tube and high purity aluminum foil. After advanced mechanical expansion, the heat exchanger is tested by 2.5mpa hydraulic seal leak detection. The performance meets the requirements of GB/T14294-2008 standard, ensuring the superior performance and reliable quality of the product. 

◆ Dry condensing water tray: Carefully designed condensing water tray and extra-thick lining insulation material ensure that the unit has no condensation phenomenon under harsh environmental conditions. The slanting design of condensate tray is more favorable for the discharge of dry condensed water. At the same time, the condensate pipe discharge capacity is more than 5 times of the normal operation of the unit under the condition of non-full calculation. The timely discharge of condensate water reduces the "water touch" time of condensate water dish, which is beneficial to reduce the corrosion of condensate water dish and avoid the growth of bacteria in condensate water dish. 

◆ Tuyere: The ball nozzle with superior jet performance is used as the air supply port, which can realize the long-distance air supply without air pipe. The air outlet direction of the spherical tuyere can be horizontal and vertical air supply. Especially suitable for tall space, especially large area of workshop warm air delivery. For horizontal air supply, the air supply Angle can be adjusted up and down in the range of 60° manually or by using the controller, so that hot and cold air can be delivered to the desired location. Vertical air supply, 

can configure according to user requirements of automatic controller, winter ball nozzle fixed, by straight down to send, long distance air supply, air can reach the specified location: summer ball nozzle can be automatic swing around within 60 ° , simulate the natural wind, avoids cold cause uncomfortable feeling, solve the winter heating and summer cooling difficult to balance the contradiction. 

◆ Air filter: specially designed special plate filter can be arbitrary from the unit left and right, up and down convenient, so it is especially suitable for compact space occasions of maintenance cleaning. Filter material can be used nylon concave and convex mesh or no cloth material. 

◆ Control: The intelligent speed regulating system designed and manufactured by our company can be selected. According to the air conditioning load, the air supply volume of the air conditioning unit can be automatically adjusted, and the whole fresh air can be used in the transition season.
