AAA products feature a low-noise forward centrifugal fan, along with components such as a motor, bearing, transmission parts, and a muffler box. To accommodate various installation requirements, there are 12 different inlet and outlet angle options available. These products are categorized into two types based on firefighting and ventilation needs: Type A and Type B. Type A motors are externally mounted for firefighting and smoke extraction, capable of continuous operation for over 60 minutes at temperatures reaching 300℃. In contrast, Type B motors are housed within the unit for ventilation purposes.
The fan lineup includes 12 specifications based on diameters ranging from 9" to 36". The airflow capacity spans from 1650 to 85000 m3/h, with total pressure ranging from 180 to 1000 Pa. Following ongoing enhancements, the HTFC cabinet centrifugal fan is classified into four types: I, II, III, and IV. Types I and III operate at a single speed, while Types II and IV feature dual-speed motors, allowing for two-speed regulation to meet varying performance demands under different operating conditions. Additionally, the fan can be fitted with a variable frequency motor and controller for seamless speed adjustment, with a recommended frequency lock between 25Hz and 50Hz.

Configuration
To accommodate the demands of an explosion-proof environment, the fan can be designed as an explosion-proof unit. It has a coal proof rating of EXdllBT4, making it suitable for areas where flammable and explosive gases are present.
To address noise requirements in various settings, the fan can be fitted with mufflers of varying lengths, and the fan muffler box can be reinforced to further minimize noise levels.
Additionally, the fan can be outfitted with primary, medium, or separation effect filters to enhance air cleanliness. When selecting filters, it is essential to take into account the actual pressure loss, and the length of the fan box should be adjusted accordingly.
