★How it works

The indoor exhaust air enters the heat recovery device through the dirty air inlet, exchanges heat with the outdoor fresh air, and is discharged to the outside by the exhaust fan. The outdoor fresh air absorbs the exhaust air heat, enters the surface cooler for hot and cold treatment, and is then sent indoors.

◆ Heat Exchanger

The finned heat exchanger uses sinusoidal corrugated honeycomb hydrophilic aluminum sheet.It is composed of high-quality hydrophilic aluminum and purple copper tubes.

◆ Unit Frame

The dual-fan configuration realizes two-way ventilation,bringing in fresh outdoor air and expelling dirty gas from the room.

◆ Unit Panel

The thickness of the box wall panel is 25mm. The wall panel steel plate is made of color steel plate and galvanized steel plate. And insulation material is filled between the plates.

◆ Filter

The primary filter is flame-retardant and anti-bacterial,with a filtration efficiency of G4 (European standard).

◆ Fans And Motors

We choose well -known domestic brand fans with high - efficiency high -strength impellers. The plant tests these impellers and shafts for dynamic and static balance.

Dual fan configuration, realizes two-way ventilation between indoor and outdoor, sends fresh outdoor air into the room, and discharges dirty gas from the room at the same time.

◆ Efficient energy recovery

The combined air-conditioning units are all equipped with a (total heat/sensible heat) rotary heat recovery function section with a heat recovery efficiency of up to 75%, which minimizes the fresh air energy consumption during the air-conditioning season and saves operating costs.

◆ Low Noise Design

A low-noise fan specially designed for air conditioners is selected, and the machine housing is covered with a new sound-absorbing material, with a fully silent design and humanized embodiment.

◆ Efficient heat exchange

The fresh air ventilator equipment adopts a cross-flow static flat plate heat exchanger. The movement directions of the cold and hot gases are perpendicular to each other, and the gas in the heat exchanger belongs to the turbulent boundary layer of convection heat exchange, so that the cold and hot gases can fully transfer heat, and the efficiency can reach more than 65%. The heat exchanger has a compact structure, no moving parts, simple maintenance, and is suitable for various occasions.
